We accept returns on products that are unworn or unused within 30 days once you receive the order.
If you wish to return any of our products or are not completely satisfied with the product, we will refund or exchange the item gladly.
Please note that the exchange or refund will be on the following basis:
- The product must be in original condition
- The product must be unworn
- Your purchased item must be returned in original packaging and box
- You must provide an original receipt for return or exchange
- All the exchanges and returns must be accompanied by the form provided on our site.
We want to inform you that product(s) that are not delivered to us or are not in original condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange. You will have to pay for the shipping charges or the required costs to have the items returned or refunded. Our company holds the legitimate right to refuse an exchange or refund based on the returned condition.
We recommend you use a trackable shipping service to ensure that your package is not lost. We bear no liability for lost packages.
Your items will be refunded within 30 days starting from the purchase date as shown on the invoice. Refunds are processed by using the original payment method and your item(s) will be processed within 1-10 business days once our team receives the goods. The time of processing might extend in seasonal periods.
If you wish to swap the item(s) you received for another product, you can simply complete the exchange form that is enclosed within your order and send the products back to us.
Moreover, if you want to exchange the purchases for another color, style, or size, please send us an email and let us know your order number along with the item(s) you want to purchase so we can check the availability.
We dispatch your items swiftly and, in most cases, we are not able to make amendments to your order or cancel it. We don’t cancel/amend your items once they are dispatched. However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order and if your items are not dispatched, we can attempt to make cancellations or amendments.
If the items have any manufacturing fault, are wrongly described, or are different from the sample shown, you can choose a full refund, a credit note, or exchange. Items that are damaged due to general wear and tear will not be deemed faulty.
A manufacturing fault does not include damage caused by a customer, incorrect fitting/sizing/discomfort, or any problem with any item.
